People Operations Partner/HR Manager at PPG Industries in Brazil, IN

As a People Operations Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to key leaders and have a business focus helping to execute business strategies. You will undertake special projects and assignments that enable the organization to innovate and grow. Project responsibilities include but are not limited to setting objectives and timelines, design thinking, data analysis and execution. Do you influence organizational change with the ability to model ethical and professional behavior? If so, read on! Key Responsibilities Advise on Policy and Employee Relations issues including:
proactively resolving issues, optimally leading and closing investigations. Implement organizational structures and processes that align with growth priorities and cost management initiatives, including providing input for compensation structures. Ability to maintain union free advantage across network. Collaborate with management and union representatives to ensure the collective bargaining agreement is adhered to; resolve grievances, NLRB charges and arbitrations in a timely manner. Champions and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives to drive awareness and accountability and customizes strategies where needed. Partners to implement talent development programs and initiatives. Utilize data and analysis to drive decision-making and proactively tackle any trends. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field of study. 5
years' proven experience in an Human Resources role, with Labor Relations experience preferred. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Generalists & Business Partners, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
